I’m currently in the process of creating a Psilocybin Micro Dosing Course which I will offer from this site for people to learn how to micro dose with Magic Mushrooms to improve the quality of their life.
A micro dosing course will focus on finding the right dosage for yourself, sourcing Psilocybin legally and safely, monitoring experiences through out the period of the micro dosing schedule.
Uniquely, I also will make this course in parallel with encouraging lifestyle changes which will support the improvements in quality of life. For example,
- Diet: specifically carnivore diet reduces inflammation usefully for lowering anxiety and depression.
- Exercise: I use kettle bell and body weight work outs to boost energy. A well designed workout will give you more energy through the week supporting sleep, attitude, mental acuity and energy levels through your week.
- Sleep routine: Getting better sleep is key to support the best version of yourself. I will show you how to get a much better quality of sleep.
- Morning routine: Which calms and sets you up for the day including Yogic breathing and asanas.
- Grounding yourself by spending time in nature also supports lowering anxiety, depression symptoms etc etc.
- Importantly these things work synergistically together with each other but also with the Psilocybin. Ultimately the Psilocybin allows us to create new Neurology and our new behaviours allow us to program this new Neurology.
