5.0 Repeating Christ Oil Cycles

At this point you have undergone a Christ Oil Cycle, you have ‘wound down’ from the process for 2-7 days and you have understood how to integrate the learnings.

If all went well you may want to do this process monthly as I do but this time take some time to write down any learnings or tweaks in the process you would like to make for next time. The Claustrum Cycle takes place every month of your life and can be undertaken whenever you’d like to tackle it again whether you take a break or start to do it regularly.
