Track your progress / Journaling
Whether you are micro-dosing, implementing behavioral and lifestyle changes or tracking your thoughts and feelings over weeks and months of an integration period its very useful to be able to write and track your progress as you go.
This is a sort of ‘mindfulness practice’ that allows us to notice patterns over time or to go back and review how you were feeling even years later. More commonly it’s used few weeks after to compare and contrast our feelings to how we feel now. It’s a very methodical and useful tool.
Soon I will add a feature to this site where you can add your own notes to track your progress. Check back soon. In the meantime keep a paper copy in a notebook daily.
